SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an expression DNA cassette containing a nucleotide sequence presented on Seq. 3, and coding 6 immunogens of pathogen Brucella melitensis, namely proteins omp31, p39, sp41, p22.9, L7-L12 and Omp16, simultaneously coding 6 proteins Brucella melitensis: omp31, p39 and sp41, 22.9-kDa protein, L7-L12 and Omp16. Disclosed is a method of producing a plasmid for protecting a host organism against the pathogen Brucella melitensis. Method comprises embedding an expression DNA cassette into a plasmid carrier vector for expression of proteins omp31, p39, sp41, p22.9, L7-L12 and Omp16 under the control of a strong eukaryotic promoter, such as an early promoter of cytomegalovirus CMV-IE, and a transcription terminator. This expression DNA cassette can be under the control of a strong eukaryotic promoter, such as an early promoter of cytomegalovirus (CMV-IE), and a terminator. Disclosed is plasmid pCMV-6antig-mini for protecting a host organism against the pathogen Brucella melitensis, obtained using said method, presented in Fig. 2.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of DNA vaccines and can be used to immunize humans and animals against the disease caused by Brucella strains.
