The control sequence can be bound with the second cistron presenting gene encoding GM-CSF, IL-12, interferon or a member of family B7 of T-cellular bone-stimulating proteins. Indicated gene can be bound with transcription terminator BGH, gene determining the resistance to ampicillin or kanamycin bound with site involving the point of replication start. Method of induction of antimycobacterial immune responses and immune responses against epitope of mycobacterial protein 85A involves the administration of the above indicated polynucleotide in vertebrate. Vaccine comprises the effective dose the above indicated polynucleotide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and provides the induction of immune response in vertebrate against mycobacterial protein 85A.
