SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a polynucleotide coding a protein containing a sequence of a mutant soluble ActRIIB-ECD (activin receptor PV-extracellular domain) polypeptide, as well as a vector and a cell containing said polypeptide. Also disclosed is a method of producing mutant ActRIIB protein, involving culturing said cell.
