SUBSTANCE: steps are provided, at which: a first access point (AP) of a first multi-link device (MLD) with an AP generates and sends indication information of individually addressed traffic, which is used to indicate whether a MLD device without an AP, associated with a first MLD with an AP, has downlink individually addressed traffic, and whether the MLD device without an AP, associated with a second MLD with an AP, has downlink individually addressed traffic, and the second MLD with the AP is the MLD with the AP to which the non-transmitting AP belongs in the set of multiple basic service set identifiers (BSSID) in which the first AP is located. Therefore, some or all APs of some MLD devices with AP indicate whether station multi-link devices connected to MLD devices with APs have downlink individually addressed traffic, and station multi-link devices correctly receive downlink individually addressed traffic.

EFFECT: possibility to perform indication of downlink individually addressed traffic for multi-link devices (MLD) with access point (AP).
