SUBSTANCE: in the device, the magnetic unit is placed on the cantilever frame and is independently attached to it through a distance friction washer by two pairs of axial screws with the possibility of some of its rolling, and the other limiting its rolling, sealing unit is made aimed with three degrees of freedom, is installed along the front edge of the console frame and is attached to it by an axial screw, which provides it with a variable angle of inclination, rear part of the cantilever frame is equipped with a counter-flow support to the pressure screw of the sealing unit, wherein the magnetic unit is equipped with a lead screw and is made with a controlled pressing force by adjusting the value of the air gap between the magnetic conductive plates arranged in the lower part of the housing of the magnetic unit and the opposing surface of the magnet, and the sealing unit is equipped with a rotary guide, on which a carriage and a plate with a thread for a pressure screw are installed, which are made with the possibility of the first – transverse, and the second one – longitudinal movements along the rotary guide by the value of the required stroke, and the pressure screw placed in it, having in the lower part a quick-detachable mechanism with a holding magnet at the top and a replaceable sealing adapter at the bottom, and in the upper part – a flywheel.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances, reduced weight of the device, as well as improved operability in elimination of leakage of magnetic conductor shell.
