FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: composite mortar consists of a pipe with a bottom plug fixed in it at one end, which is made in the form of a dome-shaped plug, which is convex to the outside. Pipe is formed from a tangentially reinforced layer and a power reinforced winding layer applied on top of it, which includes several layers of helical winding. Bottom plug consists of a metal layer and several rubber layers applied outside and inside the metal layer and attached to the tangentially reinforced pipe layer. End face of the pipe opposite to the plug is made in the form of a flange. Pipe is wound with a prepreg of glass fibre pre-impregnated with a polymer binder. Device for formation of composite mortar consists of two shells installed on shaft and made in the form of cylinders. Outer surface of cylinders is equidistant to inner surface of mortar. On the inner end of each shell there is a hollow cylinder, the diameter of which is less than the shell diameter; at that, the cylinder of one shell is located in the inner cavity of the same cylinder of the other shell. Outer end of each shell is dome-shaped and equidistant to inner surface of mortar end.
EFFECT: providing the required accuracy of installation and fixation of mortar due to accuracy of location of end of bottom plug relative to internal channel of mortar.
