SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical chemistry, specifically to use of 3-amino-2-(2-nitrobenzoyl)-1,2-diazaspiro[4.5]non-3-ene-4-carbonitrile of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in as an agent exhibiting antibacterial activity against gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli and gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
EFFECT: antibacterial activity of the compound of formula (I) with respect to bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
