SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, which produces an L-amino acid and has a remote activity of a protein containing the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the L-amino acid includes at least one selected from L-threonine and L-isoleucine. Also disclosed is a method of producing L-amino acid using said microorganism and a composition for producing L-amino acid containing said microorganism.

EFFECT: invention provides production of increased output of L-amino acid, where L-amino acid includes at least one selected from L-threonine and L-isoleucine.
