FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microorganism of the Corynebacterium genus that produces L-amino acids and to a method for obtaining L-amino acids using this microorganism. The microorganism of the Corynebacterium genus for producing L-amino acid is proposed, in which the activity of a protein consisting of amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1 is inactivated. The specified microorganism of the Corynebacterium genus shows increased productivity relatively to L-amino acid compared to a parent or non-modified microorganism of the Corynebacterium genus, in which the protein is expressed by nature. The method for obtaining L-amino acid is also proposed, which includes cultivation of the specified microorganism in medium and isolation of L-amino acid from the microorganism or medium.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for producing L-amino acid with high yield.
