FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, which produces L-amino acid, in which glucose-6-phosphate-1-dehydrogenase activity and fructokinase is enhanced compared to its endogenous activity, where the L-amino acid is L-lysine or L-tryptophan. Also disclosed is a method of producing L-amino acid using said microorganism and use of said microorganism to produce L-amino acid, where L-amino acid is L-lysine or L-tryptophan.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining L-lysine or L-tryptophan with increased output.
