SUBSTANCE: invention is a polypeptide involved in the production of L-amino acid, in which the 65th amino acid from the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, asparagine is replaced by another amino acid, and wherein the L-amino acid is L-lysine, L-arginine, or a combination thereof. The invention is also related to an L-amino acid producing microorganism containing such a polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, or a recombinant vector containing said polynucleotide, and wherein the L-amino acid is L-lysine, L-arginine or a combination thereof.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain L-amino acid, which is L-lysine, L-arginine or a combination thereof.
