FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lyophilisation technologies. Disclosed is a method for drying-sublimation of liquid-viscous materials. Method involves cooling the material, sublimation by creating a vacuum in a vacuum chamber and draining the condensate. Drying-sublimation is carried out by alternate cooling and rarefaction of the working medium during movement of the working point of the process along a thermobaric stepped trajectory from the initial to the final state in the specified environs of the curves of the phase diagram of water. Values of given deviations in the vicinity of the phase diagram of water are determined by physical and chemical properties of the liquid-viscous material and are variable parameters of drying-sublimation. Multi-zone temperature interpolation of the working medium in the vacuum chamber is provided. Automation of the drying-sublimation process is based on the feedback principle.
EFFECT: advantage of the invention is multiple reduction of power consumption and process time, uniformity of moisture content of the product of liquid-viscous materials.
