FIELD: cryogenic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment, namely to device for liquefaction, purification and separation of multicomponent medium in order to extract one or more target components from initial raw material. Device comprises prechamber (1) and supersonic nozzle (3) connected to it. Gas flow swirling device (2) is installed in prechamber (1). In supersonic nozzle (3) there is internal nozzle (10) installed with formation of annular slot of nozzle (6) between walls of internal nozzle (10) and supersonic nozzle (3) for extraction of liquefied gas. Channel of internal nozzle (10) forms successively located supersonic (5) and subsonic (7) diffusers. At that, in subsonic diffuser (7) there is an ultrasound source containing one gas-jet radiator (8), and at the outlet of subsonic diffuser (7) there is central insert (11), which forms with internal nozzle (10) an annular slot of diffuser (9) for sampling liquefied gas.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the device due to coagulation of small droplets with size of less than 0.1 mcm when the flow is exposed to ultrasound in the subsonic part of the device.
