FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychology, pedagogy, and can be used in assessing psychophysiological and psychological compatibility of individuals in various fields: occupational activity, education, medicine, sports, family relations, as well as for vocational selection and career counseling. For this purpose, it is measured by motor express techniques of E. P. Ilin properties of the nervous system (PNS): force of the nervous system, mobility of excitation and inhibition processes, "external" and "internal" balances. Forming individual typological complexes (ITC) of PNS in form of their designation, in accordance with the severity of each measured PNS, five-digit digital neurodynamic codes, in which the first digit denotes the strength of the nervous system, the second digit denotes the intensity of the excitation processes, third digit indicates intensity of braking processes, fourth digit indicates intensity of "external" balance, fifth digit indicates intensity of "internal" balance. That is followed by determining intensity of 29 psychological peculiarities in individuals, according to table 1 presented in the description, in four aspects of activity: psychomotorics, individual activity style, resistance to unfavorable conditions and volitional characteristics, intellectual activity. Severity of each of 29 psychological features is assessed in points. Then, comparing the five-digit neurodynamic codes of the analyzed pair of individuals, calculating a code dissimilarity index, which is the sum of the differences between each of the digits of the code of one and the second individual of the pair and, accordingly, takes values from 0 to 10, points. If the code difference is 0, 1, 2 points, the level of psychophysiological and psychological compatibility of the individuals of the pair is considered to be high. At 3 and 4 points – good, at 5, 6, 7 points – satisfactory, at 8, 9, 10 points – low. Further, the obtained level of compatibility of the individuals of the pair is examined, taking into account intensity of 29 psychological peculiarities in the above four aspects of activity, for which additional values are calculated: value of the contribution of individuals of the analyzed pair to joint activity, number of contributions of individuals of the analyzed pair to activity, number of coinciding and opposing psychological features of each individual in a pair of said 29 features on each of four aspects of activity and total on all four aspects. More coinciding and less opposite psychological features in the pair, the higher the compatibility of individuals on them.
EFFECT: method provides objective and reliable determination of psychophysiological and psychological compatibility of individuals.
