FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in psychological research and diagnostics. Examined person is given task, which includes first and second tests. Tempo-rhythmic features of psychomotor activity and psychological characteristics of temperament are estimated according to first test, for this purpose circle image is shown to examined person, on which there are three marks: movable green, fixed red and white mark, which is insurmountable barrier for moving mark, wherein in first part of test movable mark moves uniformly and in second part in moves at different speeds in different sectors of circle, and task consists in combination of movable mark with fixed one by rotation of panel handle. On basis of obtained values main or intermediate types of temperament are determined by Eysenck's typology, as well as corresponding parameters of emotional stability and rate of actions. Then index of emotional stability differences and index of action rate difference are calculated using mathematical formulas. Then flexibility parameter is determined. Degree of joint action coherence of examined person and conditional partner is estimated according to second test, generated by computer program like interpersonal behavior: "leader", "driven", "cooperating", "egoist" on number of solved homeostatic tasks. Complex index of compatibility of examined persons is determined on basis of obtained parameters by mathematical formula taking into account passed tests. On basis of obtained value, compatibility of examined persons in group is estimated.

EFFECT: method enables evaluation of compatibility of examined persons, when forming professional units, by results of preliminary testing of unlimited number of examined persons by determining informative values of parameters of homeostatic techniques.
