FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Method comprises combined treatment of secondary glaucoma in patients with posttraumatic dislocation of intraocular lens (IOL). First step involves laser micropulse transscleral cyclophotocoagulation using diode laser 810 nm in micropulse mode, wherein power is 2000 mJ, exposure time is 90 s. Then, 7 days later, the second stage involves suturing the intraocular lens at four points, with fixation in a ciliary sulcus, while a corneal paracentesis is formed at 6 o'clock. Then, through the performed paracentesis, one of the straight needles is introduced into the anterior chamber, delivered under the closed haptic element of the IOL and brought out of eye at 12 o'clock at 2 mm from the limb in the projection of the ciliary sulcus using 30G insulin needle as a guide. Second straight needle, through the previously performed paracentesis at 6 o'clock, is delivered above the haptic element of the IOL. Then, 30G insulin needle is inserted into the lumen, with the help of which it is removed from the eye, retreating 2.0 mm from the point where the first needle was pricked out, while the resulting loop of the suture captures the haptics of the IOL, and the reposition of the diametrically opposite haptic element of the IOL is carried out in the same way. Further, by pulling the ends of the sutures brought out of the eye, the IOL is repositioned to the correct position in the pupil area. Then the delivered ends of the suture are fixed in the thickness of the sclera with flanges.
EFFECT: method enables achieving a normal IOP level with preserving visual functions with a minimum risk of complications, followed by reposition of the dislocated IOL in order to restore the normal anatomy of the anterior segment of the eye and eliminate the contact of the IOL with the ciliary body.
