FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, in particular to a method of producing aluminium sulphate, aluminium oxychloride of different grades and grades, can be used at chemical enterprises in the production of coagulants for water treatment in the field of domestic and industrial water supply, in the treatment of waste water. Method of producing aluminium sulphate and aluminium oxychloride involves mixing aluminium hydroxide with water in a mixer-repulpator, supply of pulp to reactors, supply of acid solution to reactors, supply of excess pulp of aluminium hydroxide with water, which does not pass into measuring vessel, through return pipeline of excess pulp back into mixer-repulpator. At that, more than one mixer-repulpator is used, from which the prepared pulp of aluminium hydrate is supplied through the measuring tank into the reactor.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities of production for production of aluminium sulphate and aluminium oxychloride of different grade and grade, increase of productivity due to exclusion of equipment outages for washing.
