SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to fish-and-vegetable preserves. For production of preserves used are Buffalo fish, green lentils, wheat flour, tomato paste 25-28-30%, table vinegar 5%, water and a mixture of spices, including food salt, granulated sugar, ground allspice, ground black pepper, ground laurel leaf.
EFFECT: invention provides increased nutritional value and enrichment of preserves with food fibres.
