FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical systems for operations, particularly in neurosurgery. Surgical field imaging system for neurosurgical operations consists of a headgear and an exoskeleton. Headgear consists of augmented reality glasses, two optical modules and an attachment console. Augmented reality glasses are required to output an image from optical modules and are connected to a computer which is located on the exoskeleton or outside the entire system. Optical modules are a system of a video camera, a varifocal lens and an illumination, which are mounted on a rotary platform for automatic convergence of these modules. Video camera in the system is made in the form of a thermal imager, an infrared camera or a UV camera. Mounting bracket is a bearing structure on which optical modules and glasses are installed. Power cables and data transmission devices are also attached to it. Console is attached to the movable part of the exoskeleton to relieve the surgeon’s load. Optical modules are controlled by the movement of the surgeon’s head along the OX and OY axes, and the movement along the OZ axis is carried out using an electronic control device. Movable part makes it possible to transfer the headgear into a working condition and remove it from the field of vision of the surgeon.
EFFECT: providing the neurosurgeon with additional equipment for performing the operation without reducing the visibility of the surgical field and with reducing the load on the neck muscles and the head of the neurosurgeon, which will make it possible to facilitate his/her work.
