FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to genetic engineering. There are presented laboratory methods of bacillary ribonuclease biosynthesis. Methods provide for modification of strains of bacteria of the genus Bacillus by targeted inactivation of the spo0A gene, replacing it during homologous recombination with a kanamycin resistance gene, and growing the modified strain on a low-phosphate nutrient medium.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase output of ribonuclease by more than 5.6 times.
