FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the polymer industry, in particular to the production of polyolefin pipes consisting of a polymer matrix of polyolefins selected from HDPE, LDPE, PP, with addition of functional additives: photoinitiator, light stabilizer, co-agent and phenol antioxidant. Composition contains a polymer matrix from a number of polyolefins selected from: HDPE, LDPE, PP, not less than 90% by weight, photoinitiator ethylphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphinate 0.5-5% by weight, light stabilizer 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl stearate 1.0-1.6% by weight, coagent low-molecular weight liquid polybutadiene resin 2-3% by weight, phenolic antioxidant octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate 0.2-0.4% by weight.
EFFECT: excellent uniformity of pipes, effective optimization of pipe tolerances, resistance to ultraviolet radiation and high physical and mechanical characteristics.
