SUBSTANCE: burner used for complete combustion of gas with low concentration includes: a direct combustion burner, wherein the direct combustion burner includes a direct combustion chamber housing and a control flap for the direct combustion chamber; control flap for direct combustion chamber is installed at inlet of housing of direct combustion chamber; a regenerative burner with a porous medium, wherein the regenerative burner with a porous medium includes a housing of a regenerative thermal oxidation chamber, a regulating flap for the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber and a heat-insulating layer, and a control shutter for the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber is installed at the inlet of the housing of the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber; regenerative thermal oxidation chamber housing is installed outside the direct combustion chamber housing to absorb heat released during direct combustion of gas; heat insulating layer is located outside the own housing of the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber, so that the temperature inside the own housing of the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber is maintained above the gas oxidation temperature; gas distribution device, wherein the gas distribution device is configured to supply gas to the inlet of the housing of the direct combustion chamber and to the inlet of the housing of the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber; gas concentration monitoring device, wherein the gas concentration monitoring device is configured to monitor the gas concentration supplied by the gas distribution device; control flap drive, wherein the control flap drive is connected to the control flap for the direct combustion chamber and the control flap for the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber, respectively, with the possibility of controlling the opening and closing of the control flap for the direct combustion chamber and the control flap for the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber; ignition system, wherein the ignition system is configured to complete the ignition operation in the direct combustion chamber housing; a flame monitoring system, wherein the flame monitoring system is configured to monitor the combustion process in the housing of the direct combustion chamber; temperature control system, wherein the temperature control system is configured to control the regenerative thermal oxidation process in the housing of the regenerative thermal oxidation chamber; control system, wherein the control system is electrically connected to the gas concentration control device, the control flap drive, the ignition system and the flame control system, respectively, to control the action of the control flap drive in accordance with data from the gas concentration control device and to control the action of the ignition system in accordance with data from the flame control system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure complete combustion of gas with low concentration for implementation of safe use of gas with low concentration.
