SUBSTANCE: invention involves an intelligent integrated system for controlling dispatching of crown blocks, which relates to the technical field of intelligent integration of equipment in the metallurgical industry and includes the following components: production computerization control system MES, supervisory control module, intelligent auxiliary module and crown block module. MES production computerization control system sends instructions on production task to dispatch control module, and the intelligent auxiliary module returns auxiliary information for the logic decision to the supervisory control module. Based on the instructions of the production task and auxiliary information, the dispatch control module generates an instruction for execution of the crown block production dispatching and sends it to the crown block module. Crown block module receives and executes the crown block production dispatcher control command issued by the dispatch control module to complete the task of automatic processing of board materials, and then transmits result of instruction execution to supervisory control module and supervisory control. Module receives the execution result transmitted by the crown block module to correct the execution of the crown block production dispatching.

EFFECT: system proposed by the invention is capable of providing automatic operation of the board storage zone and facilitating intellectual development of production at the enterprise.
