SUBSTANCE: user equipment receives measurement configuration information from a network device, wherein the measurement configuration information contains more than one SSB measurement time configuration (SMTC) corresponding to the same measurement object. Measurement object is a carrier corresponding to a cell, and the SMTC of different neighbouring cells to be measured and corresponding to the same measurement object are different. Measurement of the neighbouring cell to be measured and corresponding to the measurement object is carried out according to the measurement configuration information at different moments.
EFFECT: solving the problem of impossibility of measuring a neighbouring cell due to a large difference in transmission delay between different cells.
