LED PHYTO-LAMP WITH COOLING SYSTEM AND HEAT RECOVERY Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A01G9/20 F21V29/50

Abstract RU 2835951 C1

FIELD: lighting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering, in particular to light-emitting diode lighting devices with a cooling device, intended for main illumination when growing plants in a closed room with a controlled environment. LED phyto-lamp with a cooling system and heat recovery consists of light-emitting diodes with a cooling radiator and a cover, a circulation pump for heat carrier movement in a closed circulation system with a supply branch pipe and a return branch pipe, and fasteners. Light-emitting diodes are placed on the radiator through a layer of thermal paste. Heat from the radiator is removed through the pipes with the heat carrier. Between the radiator and the cover there is a heat-insulating filler, for which there are two circuits with switching by a three-way valve with a drive. First circuit provides movement of heat carrier for heating of the working table, and the second one – for heating of the heat accumulator. Heat accumulator is made with possibility of heat accumulation from heat carrier through circulation channels of heat accumulator and subsequent return for heating of working table. Controlling the operation of light-emitting diodes, a circulation pump, a three-way valve with a drive, reception of data from temperature sensors of a radiator, a temperature sensor of a working table, a temperature sensor of a heat accumulator is performed by an automated dispatch control system with the possibility of remote monitoring and control through a wireless communication module.

EFFECT: invention provides heat removal from light-emitting diodes to increase their service life and heat utilization for heating the working table and heat accumulator.
