SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for preparing transplants for iridoplasty, which consists in the fact that a transplant from biological tissues for iridoplasty is placed in 90% solution of ethyl alcohol, then stained in a solution of resorcinol-fuchsin, then the solution is boiled and iron chloride solution is added, then it is cooled, the precipitate is collected on a filter and filled with 96% ethyl alcohol solution, then the solution is boiled again, cooled down, concentrated HCl is added, after exposure in the solution, the transplant for iridoplasty is washed first in tap water, then in distilled water and placed in 0.65-1.15% solution of acetic acid, dried on filter paper and transferred into a solution of strong green FCF, then the graft for iridoplasty is washed with 0.75-1.25% acetic acid solution and placed in 0.75-1.25% acetic acid solution, then the coloured graft for iridoplasty is placed in 80% ethanol, then in 76% ethanol, then stored in a preserving agent – 76% ethanol.

EFFECT: invention provides increased stability of cosmetic effect, reduced postoperative complications.
