FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing transplant made from biological tissues into vital dye solution (Evans blue) which concentration is equal to 0.005%-0.1% and holding it at 18-24 C during 24-48 h. Then, the dyed transplants are placed into acetic acid solution having concentration of 0.2-0.5% for 15-60 min and stored in 70% alcohol applied as preservative agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing iris of the eye; improved functional and cosmetic effectiveness; lower material consumption. 1 tbl
