FIELD: electrolytic coating plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic coating, particularly, to device for application of electrolytic coating on cylindrical shaft. Device contains anode repeating configuration of cylindrical shaft, made on one side with possibility of fixation with split washer installed on shaft with holes for discharge of gas produced during electrolysis, and on the other side – with possibility of installation of split limiter. Limiter is made with possibility of attachment to the shaft and fixation of the anode. Device contains a female bushing made with possibility of installation above the anode to prevent deposition of the coating on the remaining surface of the cylindrical shaft and fixed on the anode by a bolt for fixation of the electric wire supplying current to the anode. Split limiter and female bushing are made of waterproof dielectric material – fluoroplastic.
EFFECT: device is compact and provides application of local metal coatings on separate surfaces of cylindrical shaft to obtain required quality and specified parameters of coating.
