FIELD: electrochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer includes a honeycomb diaphragm, whose openings are turned to electrodes. The diaphragm, made of electrically non-conductive chemically resistant material, divides the whole space of the electrolyzer by a large number of parallel cells. An adjustable gap is provided between an output side of the diaphragm and a working electrode. The electrolyzer is provided by a removable bottom, to which a counter-electrode is secured. EFFECT: high rate of electrochemical process. 7 cl, 4 dwg
