FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Proposed device (4) for dispensing and feeding fluid or paste-like mixture into moulds (2), in particular chocolate-based mixture, comprises external housing (8) limiting cylindrical dispensing chamber (10) and supply, having its longitudinal axis (11), inlet (12) for supply of said fluid or paste-like mixture into said chamber (10), one outlet (13) for outflow of said fluid or paste-like mixture from said cylindrical chamber (10) and dispensing and feeding means (22) located in said cylindrical chamber (10) for receiving the fluid or paste-like mixture from said inlet (12) and feeding fluid or paste-like mixture through said outlet (13). Said metering and feeding means (22) comprises two cavities (30A, 30B) of variable volume and motorized unit (22) for rotation of said cavities (30A, 30B) around said axis (11) and changing their volume. Said cavities (30A, 30B) have corresponding inlet holes (31) located opposite and diametrically opposite to said longitudinal axis (11). Said motorized assembly (22) is configured to rotate said cavities (30A, 30B) simultaneously and in a stepwise manner around axis (11) between a receiving position for receiving said fluid or paste-like mixture from said inlet hole and a supply position for moving said fluid or pasty mixture, while keeping the volume of said cavities (30A, 30B) constant, and changes in the volume of each said cavity (30A, 30B), retaining cavities in fixed angular positions around said axis (11). Said motorized assembly (22) comprises cylindrical support core (23) coaxial to said longitudinal axis (11) and elongated along said longitudinal axis (11), and a pair of cylindrical sectors (24, 25) partially surrounding said core (23) coaxially to said axis (11) and tightly connected to core (23). Said core (23) and said cylindrical sectors (24, 25) confine said two opposite cavities of variable volume (24, 25) between themselves and inside said chamber. Said motorized assembly (22) comprises first motorized drive means (33, 34) for stepped rotation of said core and said cylindrical sectors (24, 25) around said axis (11) and second motorized drive means (33, 34) for rotation of both said cylindrical sectors (24, 25) relative to each other with the same angular speed in opposite directions around said axis (11) during change of volume of said cavities (30A, 30B); electronic control and regulating unit (35), electrically connected to said first (33, 34) and second (33, 34) drive means and configured to synchronize said first and second drive means with each other. Also disclosed is a method of dispensing a fluid or paste-like mixture into moulds (2A, 2B), in particular a mixture based on chocolate, using said dispensing and moulding device (4).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a dosing device that can be easily and quickly adjusted with each change during production, that is, with each change of the mixture supplied to the mould, and at each change of moulds, which can supply fluid mixture in a continuous manner, and which can simultaneously fill at least one pair of parallel rows of moulds for casting in a continuous and balanced manner.
