FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely cardiosurgery, and may be used for sampling and preserving an autovenous conduit. Autovenous conduit for coronary artery bypass is sampled according to a no-touch technique. Skin is incised above the great saphenous vein, thena continuous line is applied to the anterior surface of the vein with a sterile marker, after which the great saphenous vein together with surrounding perivascular tissue is separated from the bed using scissors and diathermy with preservation of 0.5-1.0 cm of perivascular tissue on all sides. All detected inflows are clipped or ligatured, then perivascular cellular tissue of autovenous conduction is injected with antispastic solution. That is followed by systemic heparinisation; a proximal end of the autovenous conduit is cannulated and cut off. All the manipulations are performed with avoiding an instrumental contact with the vein wall; the autovenous conduit is stored and preserved in physiologic saline.
EFFECT: method allows for sampling of autovenous conduit with minimum damage and preservation of perivascular cellular tissue, in the absence of excessive stretching of the autovenous conduct sheet at the stage of checking tightness, the absence of direct contact of the instruments and the walls of the conduct sheet, as well as maximum relaxation of the wall of the autovenous conduct sheet due to the subfascial introduction of papaverine hydrochloride.
