FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing dsRNA, vpRNA, beta-glucans and mannans from Saccharomyces cerevisiae biomass, involving suspension of yeast biomass in solution containing 0.1 M sodium sulphate, 5 mM Trilon B, 40 mM monosubstituted potassium phosphate and 0.4 M potassium chloride at pH 7.0; placing said suspension into a destruction vessel containing glass beads in ratio of 2:1 and homogenisation of mixture for 5 ± 1 min; cell lysate is separated from Ballotini beads and centrifuged at 12,000 g for 30 minutes, 2–8 °C to formation of dense precipitate with mixture of beta-glucans and mannans and a supernatant containing a mixture of dsRNA and vpRNA. Then, dsRNA and vpRNA are separated from the supernatant, beta-glucans and mannans are recovered from the solid precipitate.
EFFECT: invention provides complex processing of Saccharomyces cerevisiae biomass in one production cycle to obtain preparations of dsRNA, vpRNA, beta-glucans and mannans, having adjuvant properties.
