FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of corrugated shells. Proposed device comprises bottom plate with male die and top plate with posts secured thereat. Length of posts is not less than height of working part of puncheon. Matrix with a cover fixed on it is installed on the posts. Cover has slots in which spring-loaded pullers are installed, and a round hole, which is larger than the cavity of the matrix. Working surface of the puncheon is made according to the shape of the formed longitudinal corrugations, and the working surface of the matrix cavity is according to the shape of corrugations and with a conical lead-in part. Annular stop is made in the form of the corrugated shell cross section and has slots for spring-loaded pullers. Stop is located on the lower plate in contact with the inner surface of the punch working surface.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining shells with a longitudinal corrugated wall.
