FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft surveillance systems and can be used for remote thermal sounding, detection of heat leaks, as well as for monitoring and protecting perimeters of critical objects. Mobile robotic system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle with an information system and a stabilization system, as well as a mobile module with a landing pad for the unmanned aerial vehicle. Active elements of the stabilization and tracking system, made in the form of infrared lasers, are installed on the movable module. Unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with passive elements of stabilization and tracking system. Simplest reflectors can be used as passive elements.
EFFECT: simplified stabilization and tracking systems, reduced weight.
