Battery module comprises a first casing provided with a first protective part of the casing, which covers the ends of a plurality of battery cells provided with a pressure release mechanism, in which a plurality of ventilation holes are provided, wherein the ventilation hole and the pressure relief mechanism are arranged with a shift in the second direction, and the first protective part is made of layers of mica paper layered on top of each other with a thickness equal to or greater than 3 mm.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the accumulator battery during thermal acceleration, when hot gas emerges from the pressure release mechanism, which can lead to damage or melting of the box-like case or other components of the accumulator battery.
