SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for thermal forming of hollow articles. Technical result is achieved by a device for thermal formation of hollow articles, which includes a press-mounted punch and a matrix having two halves, which is installed with the possibility of alternate connection of one of the female die halves with the punch, means for production or supply of a sheet of thermoplastic material between the punch and the female die and a cutting means. At that, this device is equipped with a unit for measuring and controlling thickness of a sheet, made in the form of a metal frame on legs, bar and metal lodgement, above which there are two electromagnetic control sensors connected by bus duct with industrial controller and digital display. At that, control sensors are installed on bar, which is moved by means of adjustable clamps along vertical posts of frame on both sides.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products, higher efficiency and energy efficiency of extruders and thermoforming machines.
