FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine. Under ultrasound control by laser of near infrared range with wave length of 1064 nm, power of 7-8 W, non-through microchannels with depth of 3-4 mm are formed in cirrhotic liver by contact coagulation. Microchannels cover the entire affected lobe of the liver, with the exception of the hepatic hilum. 10,000 units/kg of Interleukin-2 is introduced into the hepatic hilum by injection with an insulin syringe.
EFFECT: method enables treating portal hypertension syndrome accompanying hepatic cirrhosis, safely revascularizing the liver after simulating cirrhosis, increasing neoangiogenesis while preserving the contours of the liver lobules.
