FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, military surgery and traumatology. To simulate the rupture of the walls of the uterus in females with separation thereof from the ligaments and from the Denonvilliers aponeurosis, limiting the vagina from the rectum, injury is caused by a spring-type trigger device with threaded cartridges, having a case with an igniter capsule, a powder charge consisting of powdered magnesium and potassium perchlorate, and a signal star weighing 0.009 g, charge burning time 3-5 s, from a distance ±5 cm. Animal is placed in horizontal position lying on back with separated and fixed hind legs, and starter is oriented along explosion vector on perineum.

EFFECT: method enables reproducing the results and extending the functional capabilities by simulating the rupture of uterine walls in female animals with simplifying the technique and reducing the simulation time.
