FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to surgery. 60-79% ethanol in dose of 0.3-0.5 ml is injected into laboratory rats intraoperatively under a Glisson capsule deep into the liver parenchyma.
EFFECT: method enables to reproduce the model of hepatic cirrhosis in a shorter period of time and in a more simplified form, which in turn enables observing the formation of manifested hepatic parenchyma fibrosis with structural rearrangement of hepatic lobules, which is a characteristic sign of hepatic cirrhosis.
