FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to an electrosurgical biopsy needle, an electrosurgical biopsy needle kit and a vacuum breast biopsy system. Electrosurgical biopsy needle comprises a puncture assembly and a cutting assembly. Puncture assembly comprises a puncture tube having a front end and a back end. Wall of the puncture tube is provided with a groove for material intake. Cutting assembly comprises a cutting element. Cutting element is configured to move back and forth along the axis of the puncture tube. Cutting assembly has a first electrode. Puncture assembly has a second electrode. Cutting assembly additionally comprises a first interface and a second interface electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. Electrosurgical biopsy needle kit comprises a handle and an electrosurgical biopsy needle. Handle comprises a housing and a printed circuit board provided in the housing. Electrosurgical biopsy needle comprises a puncture assembly and a cutting assembly. Puncture assembly comprises a puncture tube having a front end and a back end. Wall of the puncture tube is provided with a groove for material intake. Cutting assembly comprises a cutting element. Cutting element is configured to move back and forth along the axis of the puncture tube. Cutting assembly has a first electrode, and the puncture assembly has a second electrode. In the second embodiment, the electrosurgical biopsy needle assembly comprises a handle and said electrosurgical biopsy needle. Handle comprises a housing. Electrosurgical biopsy needle is electrically connected to the housing. Vacuum breast biopsy system comprises the above kit of an electrosurgical biopsy needle and a device for outputting a high-frequency electric wave. Device for outputting a high-frequency electric wave comprises a high-frequency transmitting module configured to generate high frequency. High-frequency transmitting module has a high-frequency output terminal and a high-frequency input terminal. High-frequency output terminal and the high-frequency input terminal are connected to the printed circuit board through a cable and are thus indirectly connected to the first interface and the second interface, or the high-frequency output terminal and the high-frequency input terminal are directly connected to the first interface and the second interface through the cable.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows avoiding the risk of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative haematoma.
