FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for outpatient rehabilitation. Method for outpatient medical rehabilitation of colorectal cancer after surgical treatment in combination with chronic pancreatitis, consisting in the fact that patients receive rehabilitation, including: dietetic therapy, psychocorrection in small groups, duration of 30 minutes, daily, 8 sessions per course of treatment; taking pinaverium bromide 10 mg, 1 tab. 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, 1 month; internal intake of low-mineralized mineral water in dose of 3.0 ml/kg of body weight, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, in warm form, for 21 days; percutaneous electroneurostimulation on the area of cervical sympathetic ganglia from the apparatus "Sympatocor-01"; therapeutic exercises: starting position – sitting on a chair, arms down, legs wider than shoulders; body is tilted to the right, left palm smoothly slides to muscular cavity, after which return to initial position is performed; the same movement is performed with an inclination to the left; breathing is not held, the pace of the exercise is average, the number of repetitions is 4-6 times in each side; initial position – same, hands on belt; when inhaling, the left hand is taken aside, at the same time the body and head are turned to the left, and when exhaling, it is returned to the initial position; repeating exercise 3-4 times in one direction and then in the other side; initial position – the same, hands on the back of the head; while inhaling, turning the body and head to the left, bending slightly in the thoracic spine, while exhaling, the right elbow should reach the left rib; return to initial position and repeating the same, but in the other direction; 2-3 times in each side; initial position is the same, palms on knees; alternately pulling one or the other knee to the chin, using the hands; repeated 4-6 times at medium rate; initial position – same, hands on shoulders; performing circular motions in shoulder joints, amplitude is maximum, at first they are rotated forward, then backward; repeated 6-8 times at medium rate; initial position is the same; while inhaling, raising the arms and stretching, while exhaling, turning the body to the right, and hanging straight arms in the same direction; same is repeated to the left; number of repetitions – 2-3 times, average rate; starting position – standing, feet shoulder-width apart, arms down; on exhalation, the bent left leg is lifted, the knee is pulled to the chest with the help of hands; on inhalation – to the initial position; the same is performed with the other leg; each leg is performed 2-3 times at an average rate; initial position is the same; inhalation – straight arms are lifted up, the lower back is slightly flexed, the right leg is put back on the toe; the same is repeated with the left leg; 2-3 repetitions with each leg; initial position – same, hands on belt; inhalation – body inclination to the left, exhalation – return to initial position; repeated 2-3 times in each side; initial position is the same; exhalation – forward bend, angle between hips and body 90°; hand on chest, another hand on stomach; inhale – belly is inflated, exhale – belly is pulled in; repeated 3-4 times at a slow rate.
EFFECT: use of invention provides restoration of disturbed functions of digestive organs, improved quality of life due to levelling of pain and inflammatory syndromes, reduction of dyspeptic manifestations, reduction of enzymatic activity of pancreas, reduction of creatorrhea and steatorrhea, which in general leads to restoration of disturbed functions of digestive organs and restoration of patients' ability to fully engage in daily activities.
