FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to restorative medicine, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for medical rehabilitation of patients after coronavirus infection COVID-19. Gymnastics and general strengthening exercises are performed using diaphragmatic breathing, from 08.00 to 09.00 daily for 12 days and low-frequency electrostatic therapy, carried out with the help of the multipurpose massage system "CHIVAMAT® 200" from 10.00 to 12.00 daily for 12 days by exposing the intercostal spaces of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the chest, a projection of the roots of the lungs with an electrode with diameter of 95 mm according to a contact labile technique for 20 minutes. Pulse frequency is 100 Hz, intensity is 60%, and the pulse-to-pause duration ratio is 1:1.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency due to significant regression of clinical manifestations of the pathological process, increased tolerance of patients suffering coronavirus infection COVID-19 to hypoxia, providing pronounced anti-inflammatory and antitoxic action.
