FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dosage forms with photosensitizing properties. Emulsion of “oil-in-water” type, having photosensitizing action due to content of furanocoumarins of Sosnowsky's hogweed, which is suitable for intravenous administration, contains, %: water phase of 85%, including water of 82.5%, polysorbate-80 of 2.5%, oil phase: solution of furanocoumarins of Sosnowsky's hogweed with concentration of 8-methoxypsoralen 6.125 mg/ml in peach oil of 15%. Also disclosed is another version of the "oil-in-water" emulsion, having photosensitizing action, and a method of producing the emulsion.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides photosensitising action when exposed to UV A radiation and emulsion stability.
