SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Method consists in the fact that the tenon base is attached to the reinforced mesh of the metal cord by contact welding, then, upper sub-tread layer or rubber interlayer and tread layer with seats for studs are laid on reinforced base with fixed studs.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of fastening anti-skid studs in the tire tread.
