SUBSTANCE: method of producing a polymer container for blood and its components, in which energy effect is created between supports to transfer material of polymer films into viscoplastic state due to ultrasonic oscillating systems for welding of upper ports assembled with pneumatic mechanism of their vertical movement and ultrasonic oscillating systems for welding of lower port assembly with pneumatic mechanism of their vertical movement, connected to working tools oscillating at frequency of not less than 22 kHz with amplitude of not less than 40 mcm, compression of films around outlet elements and introduction of ultrasonic vibrations into them is carried out along entire perimeter of outlet elements by oscillating tools, compression and introduction of ultrasonic vibrations for connection of films during formation of peripheral front and rear edge connections is carried out between fixed support and oscillating tools, compression and introduction of ultrasonic vibrations between two polymer sheets along the edge of the package between the peripheral front or rear edge joints is carried out by the working tool, made in the form of a flat upper metal support, and a lower support.

EFFECT: high reliability of sealing and high efficiency when producing all types of blood containers from any thermoplastic materials.
