FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes foliar treatment in phase of 5-6 leaves of maize plants with complex fertilizer. As a precursor, winter triticale is used, hybrids are selected with the lowest FAO values in range of 100-160, sowing by a wide-row method with a row spacing of 70 cm at depth of 5-6 cm at a soil temperature of 10-12 °C with a seeding rate of 85 million pieces/ha of germinating seeds. Harvesting is carried out at wax ripeness of grain. Foliar treatment of plants is carried out with complex fertilizer KompleMet PKMg in dose of 1 l/ha.
EFFECT: method provides higher yield and quality of corn hybrids on sod-medium-podzolic medium-loamy soils.
