FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 225Ac solution. Method includes the following stages (I)-(III): step (I) of passing solution (1) containing 226Ra and 225Ac, through a solid-phase extractant (a) containing a compound of formula (A) to make the solid-phase extractant (a) retain 225Ac; step (II) of passing a liquid containing eluate (2) obtained by elution of remaining 225Ac from the solid-phase extractant (a), through a solid-phase extractant (b), which contains a compound of formula (B), to make the solid-phase extractant (b) retain 225Ac; and step (III) of elution of retained 225Ac from solid-phase extractant (b) to obtain 225Ac solution.

Each of m and n independently represents 0 or 1, and each of R1 – R4 independently represents a linear or branched C8-C12 alkyl group.

Each of R5 and R6 independently represents a C8 alkyl group or a C8 alkoxy group.

EFFECT: high purity of obtained 225Ac solution while reducing the amount of solvent used for separating 226Ra and 225Ac.
