SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for placing and holding a bone flap or its prosthesis in a skull defect after surgery or injury for subsequent fixation. Hammer clamp for holding a bone flap or its prosthesis in a cranioplasty comprises a rod element, an axis, a substrate, a tab and an eccentric. Eccentric comprises cylindrical body and trigger. Rod element is made in the form of a T-shaped stop with an eye. Tab comprises a bracket and a foot with a slot corresponding to the thickness of the rod element. In the bracket of the tab there is a slotted hole for movable attachment of the axle. In cylindrical body of eccentric there is a hole, and axis is made with possibility of fixing tab, eccentric and rod element.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure simplification and acceleration of the process of installation and removal of the device.
