SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to agents having bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal action on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Basillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 4636 and Candida albicans ATCC 885/653. Composition having bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal action on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Basillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 4636 and Candida albicans ATCC 885/653, is characterized by that it contains a modified alcoholic extract of eucalyptus leaves, benzalkonium chloride, polyvinylpyrrolidone PVP-17, sorbitol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, essential oils of eucalyptus, pine trees, fir, cedar, coriander, rosemary, chamomile, rose, lavender, tea tree, lemongrass, orange, lemon, clove, grapefruit, as well as liquid alcohol extract of chamomile flowers, liquid alcohol extract of calendula flowers, liquid alcohol extract of yarrow herb, water in following ratio of components, wt.%: modified alcoholic extract of eucalyptus leaves 0.1-5%; benzalkonium chloride 0.01-0.2%; polyvinylpyrrolidone PVP-17 3-10%; sorbitol 3-10%; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 3-10%; eucalyptus essential oil 0.1-0.5%; pine essential oil 0.1-0.5%; fir essential oil 0.1-0.5%; cedar essential oil 0.1-0.5%; coriander essential oil 0.1-0.5%; rosemary essential oil 0.1-0.5%; chamomile essential oil 0.1-0.5%; rose essential oil 0.1-0.5%; lavender essential oil 0.1-0.5%; tea tree essential oil 0.1-0.5%; lemongrass essential oil 0.1-0.5%; orange essential oil 0.1-0.5%; lemon essential oil 0.1-0.%; clove essential oil 0.1-0.5%; grapefruit essential oil 0.1-0.5%; liquid alcoholic extract of chamomile flowers 0.1-10%; liquid alcoholic extract of calendula flowers 0.1-10%; liquid alcoholic extract of yarrow herb 0.1-10%; water – the rest, wherein the modified alcoholic extract of eucalyptus leaves is obtained by adding 96% ethyl alcohol to 10 kg of eucalyptus leaves, obtained extract is evaporated to a thick state on a rotary evaporator, into which 10 l of ethyl acetate is then loaded, stirred for 120 minutes, solution is transferred into a reactor, into which 10 l of 4% copper sulphate solution or 10 l of 4% zinc sulphate solution is added, stirred for 24 hours, organic phase is distilled, filtered, evaporated on rotary evaporator, loading 5 l of 96% ethyl alcohol, stirring for 30 minutes, distilling ethyl alcohol to obtain a viscous substance. Preparation with bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal action Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Basillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 4636 and Candida albicans ATCC 885/653, containing composition according to cl. 1 and characterized by the following ratio of components, per 100 g of the preparation: a modified alcoholic extract of eucalyptus leaves 0.1-5 g; benzalkonium chloride 0.01-0.2 g; polyvinylpyrrolidone PVP-17 3-10 g; sorbitol 3-10 g; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 3-10 g; eucalyptus essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; pine essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; fir essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; cedar essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; coriander essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; rosemary essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; rose essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; lavender essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; tea tree essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; lemongrass essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; orange essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; lemon essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; clove essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; grapefruit essential oil 0.1-0.5 g; liquid alcoholic extract of chamomile flowers 0.1-10 g; liquid alcoholic extract of calendula flowers 0.1-10 g; liquid alcoholic extract of yarrow herb 0.1-10 g; water – balance.

EFFECT: composition and preparation described above have effective bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal action on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Basillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 4636 and Candida albicans ATCC 885/653.
