FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, namely, to cooling systems of opposed four-stroke internal combustion engines. Forced cooling system of opposed engine comprises drive fans (14) installed with possibility of independent cooling of each cylinder. System is designed as a liquid one with separate independent liquid cooling circuits of each cylinder. Each of the cooling circuits is equipped with pump (12), radiator (13) and fan (14), as well as a cylinder temperature sensor. Each liquid pump (12) has an electrically controlled drive. Drive of each fan (14) is electric and controlled. System is equipped with single control unit (15) connected to temperature sensors, pumps (12) and fans (14) with the possibility of controlling temperature of the cooling liquid in each circuit.
EFFECT: increasing operational reliability by ensuring uniform temperature conditions for cylinders and heads.
